Welcome to Cozy Dancer! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for shopping on our website, cozydancer.com. By accessing and purchasing from our store, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. General Information

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, so please review them regularly.

2. Products & Orders

  • All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • If an item is out of stock or unavailable in your shipping region, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

 

3. Preorders

  • Preordered items will be processed and shipped according to the estimated timeframe listed on the product page.

  • Delays may occur due to production or supply chain issues. We will notify customers if any significant delays arise.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • We accept payments via:

  • We do not offer Buy-Now-Pay-Later options or accept payments via PayPal or Venmo.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to the United States only.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of placing your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the journal must be unused and in resellable condition.

  • Journals that have been written in or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

  • Journals must be in their original packaging. Any journal removed from its shrink wrap cover will not be accepted for return.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

7. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders must be canceled by 8:00 AM on the next business day after purchase.

  • Cozy Dancer operates Monday–Saturday, so orders placed on Saturday must be canceled by 8:00 AM on Monday.

  • Once an order has been processed, cancellations may no longer be possible.

  • If you need to make changes or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at cozydancerco@gmail.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.

  • By purchasing from our store, you assume all risks associated with product use.
